Sylvester Dr. Fred Sylvester, owner and operator, received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in 1999 after receiving a Bachelor degree in Biology from Juniata College. He is experienced in a soft tissue technique known as Active Release Technique. |

Dr. Karen Hahn Dr. Karen Hahn received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in 2002 after receiving a Bachelor degree in Anatomy and Physiology from Empire State College. She is experienced in Active Release Technique, Graston Technique, and the Webster Technique. |

Dr. Timothy Daughton Dr. Timothy Daughton received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in 2005 after receiving a Bachelor degree in Health and Exercise Science from Syracuse University. He is experienced in Active Release Technique and certified in the Graston Technique. |

Jim Delgado Jim Delgado, BSC, CMT, graduated from West Chester University in 1995 with a degree in Kinesiology. Jim also completed his certification in massage therapy at the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy in 1997. |
